CREATION OF ETHANOL-RESISTANT CONDITION OF YEAST, MOLD OR BACTERIUM UTILIZING ACOUSTIC SIGNAL OBTAINED FROM ORGANIC BODY, ORGANIC CELL, ORGANIC MATERIAL OR NONORGANIC SOUND WAVE PRODUCER AND PRACTICE OF FERMENTATION IN THE PRESENCE OF ETHANOL AT HIGH CONCENTRATION
PURPOSE: To improve the resistance of bacteria or yeast fungi to a fermentation product at a high concentration by applying physical vibration such as a certain kind of nonaudible sound waves at a certain intensity thereto. CONSTITUTION: Sound waves produced from organic bodies such as bacteria, yeast fungi or molds or organic cells and nonorganic sound wave producers are directly applied into a fermenter or passed through an echoic body such as graphite, active carbon, cork, wood, a plastic, glass or a metal, converted and then applied thereinto to change the proliferation and differentiation of the bacteria, etc., in the fermenter. Thereby, the amount and quality of fermentation of an alcohol, etc., can be improved.
