SECURITY MONITORING SYSTEM FOR MULTIPLE DWELLING HOUSE PROVIDED WITH TEST OPERATION FUNCTION

PURPOSE: To provide a security monitoring system for multiple dwelling house in which an inspection work is possible even when a dweller is absent and no exclusive wiring for an inspection is necessitated by enabling the interphone talking among the three parties of an inspector, the dweller and a controller. ;CONSTITUTION: This system is composed by providing a residence information panel 2 with a talking switch means performing a switch connection of a signal discrimination circuit 26 detecting the calling signal from a door phone slave device 1 and a test signal and discriminating the signals, an alarm sound generation circuit 21 outputting alarm sound at the time of the accident warning of a sensor S and the talking circuit 11 of the door phone slave device via a talking line La and for performing the switch connection of the talking circuit of an alarm monitoring panel 3 and the talking circuit of the door phone slave device via the communication line, a transmission control circuit 25 transmitting a control signal to the alarm monitoring panel 3 and a signal processing part 24 performing a pseudo accident warning when the test signal is detected, outputting alarm sound from the speaker 13 of the door phone slave device 1, transmitting the control signal to the alarm monitoring panel 3 and connecting the talking circuit of the alarm monitoring panel 3 with the talking circuit of the door phone slave device.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
