PURPOSE: To dispose waste plastics which are waste by utilizing a sintered ore producing stage. ;CONSTITUTION: Waste plastic powder 22 having an average grain size of 0.5 to 20.0mm and the max. grain size of ≥30.0m is injected from an injection port of a waste plastic injector 25 installed in the upper part of an ignition furnace 11 of a lower suction type sintering machine and is burned by an ignition burner 12 to ignite the surface layer of a raw material packed bed 5 at the time of igniting the surface layer of the raw material packed bed 5 in the ignition furnace 11. The waste plastic injector 25 is installed adjacently to the ignition burner 12 or a tubular waste plastic injector internally having the ignition burner 12 is preferably used. As a result, the air permeation of the sintered layer is not hindered and a yield is improved even if the waste plastic powder 22 is added to the raw material packed bed.
