MANUFACTURE OF U-SHAPED GROOVE HAVING LIFTING-UP AND REVERSING HOLE, AND MOLD DEVICE THEREOF

PURPOSE: To provide a manufacturing method and mold device for a U-shaped groove having a lifting up and reversing hole. ;CONSTITUTION: Holes are made in a predetermined position of a pair of outer molds 2, and nut-shaped retaining members 11 are secured on the outside of the outer mold 2 communicating with the holes. Support rods 9 are inserted from the holes of retaining members 11 and holes of the outer mold, and while screw inserting into each female screw of the retaining members 11, supporting rods are projectingly set into the mold. Jigs 3 and caps 8 are attached in the mold of support rods 9. After the filling, solidifying and curing process of concrete in the outer mold and inner mold, support rods are rotated to release the screwed state to the retaining members 11, and pulled out, then the outer mold is expanded in order for performing mold release.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
