PURPOSE: To create probability of occurrence of a hit without unfairness by measuring nuclide generated by the decay of a radioactive material (RI) or ion of ionized air and utilizing the probability of decayed RI as the probability of occurrence of a hit of a pachinko game machine. ;CONSTITUTION: A pachinko game machine is provided with a radioactive capsule 30 for storing a radiation nuclide RI for emitting extremely small quantities of α, β, γ rays harmless to the human body such as americium 241Am or the like, wherein emitted α, β, γ rays are detected by a detecting device 31, one of designated activity, for example, α ray is selected by a measuring device 32, and the number of α rays within a preset time is counted. From the probability Pk of emitting k-number of particles in a preset time (h), probability where a designated probability value is previously substituted is solved concerning the number of detected particles, and a natural number approximate to the value is taken as K-number.
