VERANDA WATERPROOF CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND ITS STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: To completely banish leaking of rain in a veranda construction work part. ;CONSTITUTION: A backing plate 2 is laid on and fixed to a floor joist 1 of a veranda construction work part after the framing of a house is completed, and an adhesive 3 is placed on an upper surface of the backing plate 2, and a waterproof pan 4 to cover almost the whole surface of the veranda construction work part is placed and fixed on the adhesive 3, and a drain port 7 of the waterproof pan 4 is connected to a drain pipe. Afterwards, waterproof finishing is executed to hide away the whole tail end of the waterproof pan 4 inside a finishing material.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
