PURPOSE: To positively prevent the generation of collapse in the face of slope in a cold district. ;CONSTITUTION: A slope frame 1 formed using material naturally dissipating by the change with the lapse of time and providing a lacking part at the lower side is installed on the face of slope 4 and fabricated in a grated state. Inside filling earth 7 and a seed-bed 9 self-containing underground canes of bamboo grass, bamboo, and the like are spread all over in a part surrounded by the slope frame 1. The underground canes thereby grow thick, and the whole face of slope becomes like a mat. The inside filling earth 7 is positively prevented from being frozen to collapse by the surface earth maintaining ability of the bamboo grass, bamboo, and the like.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
