PURPOSE: To improve cooling effect by utilizing outer air effectively, and achieve normal output in an early stage in starting operation of an engine in a cold place. ;CONSTITUTION: Inside a fan base 2 through which intake outer air passes by a cooling fan 1, an outer air intake passage 6 is composed to set an oil cooler 4 and a capacitor 5 which are disposed on the outer air intake side of a radiator 3 to be apart from an inner side surface of the fan base 2, but to be directly connected to the radiator 3, and an opening shutter 7 is provided in the outer air intake passage 6.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
