PURPOSE:To effectively utilize replenishment funds by estimating the medium necessary quantity in a specific transaction period of a medium processor and replenishing media by a specific quantity when the medium possession quantity of the medium processor reaches a necessary medium quantity. CONSTITUTION:An operation robot 12 travels and moves on the robot travel path connecting a terminal 13 which manages the total amount of working money in a store and plural ATMs 11... and the operation robot 12 replenishes or collect cash to or from the connected ATMs 11 on the basis of the replenishment/collection command signal from a remote controller. Here, the CPU 31 of the remote controller infers the necessary amount of cash that the ATMs 11 requires in the certain transaction period from past operation data and replenishes initial working cash which is 20-40% less than the infered necessary cash amount at the time of the initial operation of the ATMs. When the initial working cash decreases as customers perform transaction operation and the cash possession amount of the ATMs reaches a near-end value right before the operation stops, the cash is replenished up to a replenishment set value. The same amount of cash is replenished thereafter each time the near-end value is reached.
