The training appts. (1) may ellipsoid or ball shaped (2). The ball may have a handgrip ring, eye or loop (3). The loop (3) forms the connecting point e.g. for a rope, belt, wire or lint (4) which may slide through the loop (3). The belt (4) and ball (2) may be of elastic material, e.g. leather or plastic. The ball may have a fill/discharge opening (5) for air, sand or water. The appts. can be used for various muscle etc. exercises.
