The athletic or gymnastic training appts. includes several exercising devices positioned on the circumference of a frame. The devices are used for developing different muscles and are connected by pull ropes with weights suspended in the frame. A common weight is fitted for at least two exercising devices (7, 14), with the common weight subdivided into two sets of weights (4a, -4b) each of which is connected by its own pull systems to at least two exercising devices located in a star pattern round the common weight. The pull systems for the different exercising devices are attached and separately detachable from the weight.
