Laminated film comprises polyolefin based resin at outer layer; adhesive resin at middle layer; and polyamide based resin at inner layer, where 0.05-1 wt.% a nucleating agent is added to the polyamide based resin to increase crystallization rate and water component is added in the inner layer by introducing air having 70-95% water of 50-110 deg.C. Pref. in the process, polyamide, polycarbonate, polypropylene or polyethylene are used. The obtd. film is useful for packing, esp. flexible packing of foods or medical devices.
