BIOSENSOR WITH ION-SENSITIVE FIELD-EFFECT TRANSISTOR

摘要

The biosensor is to improve the sensing performance by equipping a Pt electrode. The sensor is characterized by forming: an ion sensing film(4) on an ion sensitive gate(2) ;a Pt electrode(6) on the ion sensing film(4); an enzyme fixing film(5). The effect of this is that response time is very fast by the creation of hydrogen ion three times more than conventional biosensor.
