The present invention relates to a tree vegetation on rock, and to the growth of trees on the rock slopes by blasting or artificially forming a recess by cultivating soil of scrubbers or stumps in a part of these lugs. Grown hardened seedlings were planted, and other parts were planted with local grasses, such as follicles, and supported by rock bolts or anchors to stabilize only sloped areas that may cause collapse of rock slopes.
