The present invention relates to closure integrin receptor antagonists useful for modulating fibronectin-associated adhesion and leukocyte adhesion-induced cellular adhesion to endothelial cells. Also described are methods of synthesis, testing, formulation and use of the compounds of the present invention as therapeutic agents.
