Grease composition for high temperature, speed and load conditions, including: (i) a lubricating base oil including as essential constituent a lubricant of the alkyldiphenyl ether type and having a kinematic viscosity of 0.000009 to 0.000016 m2/s at 40 DEG C, and (ii) 24-30 % by weight, relative to the grease composition, of a diurea acting as thickener, the diurea being denoted by the following formula: IMAGE in which R2 is an aromatic hydrocarbon group containing 6-15 carbon atoms, R1 and R3 denote aromatic hydrocarbon groups containing 6-12 carbon atoms or linear alkyl groups containing 8-20 carbon atoms, the proportion of the aromatic hydrocarbon groups in R1 and R3 being 70-95 mol%; and the NLGI value of the composition ranging from No.1 to No.3.
