PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a number of apparatuses for measurement and drafting and to enable drawing and measurement of a projection chart of a relic such as an unearthed article, with high accuracy, by very simple operations. ;SOLUTION: Relative positions of a relic 7 such as an unearthed article and a convex lens 1 in the direction of the optical axis C1 are set so that the relic 7 be positioned at the center C1 of a sphere on the front side of the convex lens 1. Thereby a real image of the relic 7 is cast in equal dimensions on a translucent screen, and after tracing paper, a resin film for tracing or the like is set outside the translucent screen 3, the image is traced on the paper or the film. By this method, it is possible to drawing a projection chart of the relic 7 and to measure the size of the relic 7, the positional relationship thereof in the projection chart and others.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
