PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the capacity of a coil while keeping it at the same temperature as in the pass even when a large current is carried in the coil, and reduce the size, weight, and cost with the same capacity. SOLUTION: A high-tension rotating machine is formed of an iron core 4 having a slot, a stator in which a coil 5 having an earth insulating layer formed by winding an insulating tape on a conductor and a semiconductive layer on the outermost layer is integrated into the slot, and a rotor. In this high-tension rotating machine, a stator in which a highly heat conductive, semiconductive prepreg sheet 6 is put between the coil 5 and the iron core 4 in such a manner that the high heat conduction semiconductive semi-cure resin 2 side is situated on the core side followed by hardening is used. Thus, the irregularities in the laminating direction of the iron core 4 is filled up with the highly heat conductive, semiconductive semi-cure resin 2 to firmly adhere it, whereby the dispersibility of the heat generated from the coil 5 can be enhanced.
