PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance workability by dipping a stator into an anaerobic adhesive or applying the anaerobic adhesive to the stator by a brush or the like. SOLUTION: A stator iron core 3 is formed by laminating a iron plate 8 and is impregnated and molded by an anaerobic adhesive 9. The anaerobic adhesive 9 does not harden as long as it is in contact with air but it hardens only in the place in which air is cut off between the iron plates 8. For that reason, it dispenses with the operation of removing a flash or the like after molded. The impregnation molding is performed by dipping the stator iron core 3 into the anaerobic adhesive 9 or applying the anaerobic adhesive 9 by a brush. Therefore, the stator iron core 3 is sealed, thereby being able to prevent dust, water or the like from entering it from the exterior of an electric motor.
