PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a split stator for an electric motor, which highly efficiently dissipates heat from the internal circumferential portion of a wound body formed by winding a wire around the surface of a core, and also to provide a stator for an electric motor using the same, and an electric motor.;SOLUTION: The split stator is provided with: a core 3; a wound body 7 formed by winding a wire around a teeth portion 4 of the core 3; insulative spacer members 5A, 5B disposed between the surface of the teeth portion and the internal circumferential portion of the wound body, and holding the internal circumferential portion of the wound body with a gap 10 from the surface of the teeth portion; and a high heat transfer resin filler which the gap 10 is filled with.
