PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject apparatus capable of producing a core-sheath yarn free from eccentricity of the core component, excellent in roundness and having little unevenness of fiber size, conjugation ratio, etc. ;SOLUTION: This spinneret apparatus is composed of a stock solution supplying board 2, a distributing board 3 in which distributing holes are drilled, a partition board 4 and a spinneret board 5. The partition board 4 has a core component flow- straightening hole 8a bored from the back side to the bottom in the longitudinal direction, and a core component ejection hole 17 is formed at the bottom of the flow- straightening hole 8a. Further, right and left sheath component ejection holes 8b1, 8b2 are formed on the back side of the partition board 4 having the flow-straightening hole between them. The spinneret board 5 has an inner cavity 22 on the back side, to which the partition board 4 is inserted, and a spinning hole 15 is formed on the bottom of the inner cavity 22. Sheath component S is supplied from a sheath component receiving groove 13, and the ejected sheath component surrounds a core component C ejected from a core component ejection hole 17.
