CORE MOLD OPERATION STRUCTURE IN CORE SHAPING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a core mold at the midway space position between opened movable mold and fixed mold to enhance the releasability of the core. ;SOLUTION: A fixed mold 2, a movable mold 3, a core mold 4 and a support pin 6 are provided. The support pin 6 is constituted of the first pin 61 arranged between the core mold 4 and the movable mold 3 and the second support pin 62 arranged between the core mold 4 and the fixed mold 2. The first support pin 61 is increased in protruding quantity with respect to the movable mold 3 in a mold opening and closing direction accompanied by the mold opening of the movable mold 3 and the second support pin 62 is increased in protruding quantity with respect to the fixed mold 2 in the mold opening and closing direction. As a result, the core mold 4 is held at the midway space position between the movable mold 3 and the fixed mold 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
