PURPOSE: To obtain a food containing a vegetable protein, improved in texture without adding oil and fat and strengthened in action of improving a serum neutral lipid metabolism or a serum cholesterol metabolism. ;CONSTITUTION: This food for improving serum neutral lipid metabolism or serum cholesterol metabolism is obtained by mixing 99-50wt.% vegetable protein with 1-50wt.% phosphatidic acid salt.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
