PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a repetition of automatic capability changing-over of a freezer and an auxiliary humidifier and perform a stabilized control. SOLUTION: A control device 20 for a constant temperature and constant humidity device is comprised of a freezer control part 30 and an auxiliary humidifier control part 40 of which freezing capability and auxiliary humidifying capability are automatically changed over. They are comprised of signal transmission segments 41, 31 for generating signals when the auxiliary humidifying capability and the freezing capability are changed over, their signal receiving segments 32, 42, and control segments 33, 43 for resetting an automatic control state for automatically changing-over the freezing capability or auxiliary humidifying capability through signal receiving operation. Accordingly, when a heat generating load is produced in a tank, for example, and the operating number of auxiliary humidifier devices is increased, the signal is inputted to the signal receiving segment 32, a count of the control of the number of freezers is reset and an effect of increased number of auxiliary humidifier is reflected against the control, the non-required increasing in freezing capability is prevented and its control is stabilized.
