PURPOSE: To reduce the construction cost of a unit building in the case where a balcony is installed in this unit building to be built by means of a unit construction method. ;CONSTITUTION: When a balcony is installed in a unit building, a part in which this balcony of the unit building is installed should be set to an open space where the unit building is not set up. A floor panel 18 for the balcony is set up in a bottom part of this open space, using this open space 16 as a space for the balcony.
