A device for testing wear resistance and the resistance to motion of lubricated and non-lubricated components, which contains a specimen in the form of a pin or a ball pressed down to a rotating counter-specimen in the form of a disc, where the counter-specimen is mounted in a spindle powered by a motor via a belt transmission with a cogbelt, and which contains a control and measurement system composed of parallel circuits. A specimen (14) in the form of a pin or a ball is pressed down to a rotating counter-specimen (15) in the form of a disc with weights (13), whose direction of loading overlaps the vertical axis of the specimen (14), perpendicular to the butting face of the counter-specimen (15), and the direction of the friction force overlaps the axis of the pusher (20) and of the measuring transducer (19) mounted on a supporting element (18) sliding on a support (7); the specimen (14) is fixed in a lever (11) via a grip (22) and pressed down to the counter-specimen (15) with weights (13) placed on a leaning bracket (12), whose axis overlaps the vertical axis of the specimen (14); on the opposite side, the loading lever has a counterweight (9) and balancing weights (8) and is mounted rotatingly, vertically and horizontally, on a support (7) tied to a body (1) via a bracket (23) screwed with a shaft (10) and an axle (24); the motor (2) driving the spindle (6) via a belt transmission (3) with a cogbelt is powered by a controller (39); on the spindle (6) placed on bearings in a sleeve (5), fixed to the body (1), at one end, there is an impulse sender (21) of the rotations detector (25) and of the rotational speed detector (4), and at the other end, the spindle (6) has a keep plate (17) mounted on the key, on which the counter-specimen (15) is mounted with a nut (16); the rotations detector (25) and the rotational speed detector (4) are fixed to a sleeve (5); furthermore, a control and measurement system (U) composed of four parallel circuits (O1-O4), whose outputs are connected in series with an interface (41)...
