the present invention relates to a method of determination and isolation from any source, vegetable or biotechnology.to taxolo and 10 - desacetil baccatina iii (dab) and their analogues using polyclonal antibodies prepared from egg yolk after immunization of chickens with succinil - taxolo and succinil - dab coniugati with bovine albumin. these antibodies are immobilised on a matrix for the selective isolation of these taxanes from vegetable extracts or powder of culture of cells or microorganisms.
