aerosol formulations of solid particles for drug is prepared by freeze-drying solution polypeptides drugs that contain stabilizers of iterations which inhibited the degradation of drug when it is molded at a later date.the dried product is ground in the grinding apparatus for fluid energy which has been provided with an abrasion resistant material, and using pure nitrogen, filtered to remove particles greater than about 0.1 mm to take the medicine.the use of (a) milling stabilizers in the solution, and (b) apparatus for grinding abrasion resistant to fluid energy using pure nitrogen; in the stage of grinding to reduce contaminants insoluble fractions not in the product union grounds.
