BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a buffer conveyor device for preliminary discharge, a circuit and a control method thereof, which are used in a preliminary discharge process in a battery manufacturing process. Due to the non-automated battery transfer process, the flow of the pre-discharge process was not smooth, resulting in process inefficiency and lowering productivity. In order to solve the above problems, a stop bar is provided between rollers for transporting a pallet for loading a battery on a buffer conveyor on the buffer conveyor, respectively, having a buffer unit and a pre-discharge unit at predetermined portions of a work table. Meanwhile, an optical sensor is provided at a predetermined position of the discharge unit so that the optical sensor automatically detects whether a battery is present in a pallet in a standby zone on the pre-discharge conveyor of the discharge unit, and automatically the buffer unit and the pre-discharge unit. By controlling the flow of the pallet loading the battery in between, there is an effect of improving the efficiency and productivity of the pre-discharge operation through the automation of the process.
