METHOD FOR JOINING SHAFTS THROUGH FLANGE SEMICOUPLINGS WITH CONNECTING BOLTS

FIELD: mechanical engineering, in particular, joining of shafts of machines operating in high-duty mode and at high frequencies. SUBSTANCE: method involves centering shafts by preliminary precise registering of openings for receiving bolts in semicouplings; fixing relative position of semicouplings by auxiliary devices; positioning and tightening bolts. Precise fixation of semicouplings is performed by split sleeves 3 with inner conical surface. Conical pins 7 are driven into sleeves 3 to provide for relative radial and tangential offset of semicouplings and precise coincidence of bolt receiving openings. EFFECT: increased efficiency, reduced labor intensity and provision for preventing joining parts from breakage. 2 dwg
