METHOD OF EVALUATION OF ANTIENDOTOXIN IMMUNITY STATE WITH RESPECT TO GRAM-NEGATIVE BACTERIA (LPS-TEST-IFA)

FIELD: medicine, immunology. SUBSTANCE: method involves determination of polymorphonuclear leukocytes carrying endotoxin and content of polymorphonuclear leukocytes showing capability to bind endotoxin additionally at blood smear treatment with Re-glycolipid by immunoenzyme reaction in vitro. State of antiendotoxin immunity is evaluated as normal at normal leukocyte content bound with endotoxin and at the presence of leukocytes that are able to bind additional endotoxin amount in vitro. Activation of this immunity at compensated endotoxinemia background is evaluated at increased leukocyte content bound with endotoxin and at the presence of leukocytes that are able to bind additional endotoxin amount in vitro. Activation of this immunity at decompensated endotoxinemia background is evaluated at increased leukocyte content bound endotoxin and at absence of leukocytes that are able to bind additional endotoxin amount in vitro. Depletion of this immunity is evaluated at normal leukocyte content bound with endotoxin and absence of leukocytes that are able to bind additional endotoxin amount in vitro. Strong inhibition of this immunity is evaluated at decreased leukocyte content bound with endotoxin and at the absence of leukocytes that are able to bind additional endotoxin amount in vitro. Recovery of the inhibited antiendotoxin immunity is evaluated at decreased leukocyte content bound with endotoxin and at the presence of leukocytes that are able to bind additional endotoxin amount in vitro.
