Halogen lamp for concrete ceiling

The halogen lamp has an outer housing (1) which can be embedded in the concrete ceiling and containing a mains transformer (3), converting the mains voltage supplied to the lamp terminals into a lower operating voltage for the lamp (23). The bottom surface of the housing has a lamp opening (8) for passage of the light from the halogen lamp supported in the lamp housing via a releasable lamp holder, which can be removed via the lamp opening together with the transformer.
