PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a novel polynucleotide that is composed of a nucleotide having high homology to the gene coding a specific polypeptide and can produce 7-transmembrane receptor useful for treatment of infections, neuropathy, cancers or cardiopathy. SOLUTION: This is a novel isolated polynucleotide that contains a nucleotide sequence having at least 80% homology to the nucleotide sequence coding the polypeptide represented by the formula or its responding fragment, or the complementary nucleotide sequence and codes human 7-transmembrane receptor, G- protein-binding receptor (HNFJD15) and is useful for treatment of diseases relating to unbalance of HNFJD15 such as infections, cancers, asthma, Parkinson's disease, hypertension and allergy. This polynucleotide is obtained by screening cDNA library originating from mRNA of human neutrophils, human fetal brain or human leukocytes.
