PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten greatly an effective operation starting time of a dust collector, and use effectively break-in energy when the whole system is cooled during the starting time of a refuse incineration plant or operational interruption and so forth while protecting a bag filter effectively. ;SOLUTION: In a dust collector preheating method in a refuse incineration plant, while the detection temperature of waste gas in front of a dust collector 6 remains to be lower than 110 to 120°C, the waste gas which has passed a first heat exchanger 4 is arranged not to pass through a second heat exchanger 6 and bypass the aforesaid dust collector 6 directly and be exhausted. When the detection temperature exceeds 110 to 120°C, it is so arranged that the waste gas may be introduced into of the dust collector 6. A temperature detector 7 is provided in front of the dust collector 6 due to this introduction the waste gas and a bypass which bypasses the second heat exchanger 5 is provided across a dust 13 in the rear of the first heat exchanger 4 and a duct 14 in front of the dust collector 6 while an open and close damper 15 is interposed to the bypass, thereby executing open and close control by means of the temperature detector 7.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
