SALT INTAKE AMOUNT MEASURING METHOD AND SIMPLE SALT INTAKE AMOUNT MEASURING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily measure a salt intake amount per day by performing calculation based on a total excretory salt amount obtained by multiplying measured urine salt concentration by a total excretory urine amount. ;SOLUTION: The sex, age and weight of a person to be measured are inputted from an input section 4. Then, a sensor section 2 is dipped in urine put in a cup and a start button 5 is pressed. In the sensor section 2, urine salt concentration is measured by a conductivity method. From the sex, age and weight of the person to be measured which are inputted from the input section 4, the total amount of urine excreted a day is estimated and, from this value and the urine salt concentration measured by the sensor section 2, the salt intake amount per day of the person to be measured is calculated in a calculation section.
