PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure safety of an operation by assembling a top girder in parallel with an assembling step of a support structure of a boiler body, and sequentially assembling the body under the girder by following lifting up of the girder, thereby shortening an execution period and reducing a high place working. ;SOLUTION: A top girder (uppermost steel girder) 3 for hanging a boiler body is assembled out of a support structure 2 in parallel with a building work of a turbine supporting structure 1 and a boiler body supporting structure 2, and transferred into a supply space 21. Then, the girder 3 is lifted up to an upper part of the structure 2 by a jack, climbing unit and other unit installed at the part of the structure 2 and fixed. Then, the body (kiln part) is sequentially assembled from an upper part toward a lower part by hanging the girder 3.
