EFFECTIVE USE OF SURPLUS SOIL IN CONSTRUCTION SITE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and costlessly treat soil by less mechanical equipment, by loading soil generated in a construction site on a mixer car and while adding water and cement to make a slurry mixture, transferring the mixture to the construction site. ;SOLUTION: A mixer drum 22 is provided in a mixer car 10. A cement silo 30 and a pump 34 sending out the water in the water tank are provided, in a solidifying agent feeder 12 installed near the construction work site. A soil tank temporarily holding the generated soil is formed, in the loading equipment installed at the construction work site. At first, the specific gravity of soil is measured and a solidifying agent with a mixed ratio of water and cement paste calculated from the specific gravity of the soil is loaded in the mixer drum 22 to start kneading, in the solidifying agent feeder 12. Next, a specified quantity of soil is loaded and transferred to the construction site while kneading it. And the specific gravity of the slurry mixture is measured and placed to the site.
