METHOD FOR EFFECTIVE USE OF SURPLUS SOIL IN CONSTRUCTION SITE

PURPOSE:To provide a method for reducing and effectively using the surplus soil in a construction site produced by an excavation for construction work or tunneling work. CONSTITUTION:In a method for an effective use of the surplus soil in a construction site wherein the surplus soil is mixed with cement type stabilizer, the resulting mixture is pressed and dehydrated into the form of a cake and this cake is crushed and classified for an effective use, the filtered water produced at the stage of pressing and dehydration is returned to a process for dissolving and selecting clayey soil for reuse as an additive water. Since, by this method, the calciumcontaining alkaline filtered water discharged from a high pressure dehydrating device is used as an additive water to clayey soil in a material adjusting process, the discarding operation of the filtered water by neutralization can be reduced and the expenses arising from its discarding can be saved. Since the calcium-containing filtered water is used in dissolving and selecting the clayey soil, the hardening of the cement portion is accelerated and the crushed stone having even better quality can be produced.
