RETURN-TO-INITIAL-COUPLING-STATE CONTROL DEVICE FOR AUTOMATED GUIDED VEHICLE AND LOADING CARRIAGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a return-to-initial-coupling-state control device for an automated guided vehicle and a loading carriage self-travelling on a travelling route, which achieves a return-to-initial-coupling position of a rotary coupling fitting while travelling is continued in preparation for the coupling with a next loading carriage after the rotary coupling fitting is uncoupled from a coupling pin. ;SOLUTION: The captioned device comprises a microswitch 30 which detects the rotation position of a rotary coupling fitting 28 and a coupling/uncoupling controller 34 having a return-to-initial-coupling-state control part which starts a return-to-initial-state time when confirmed is the uncoupling position at which a pin opening part 28a of a rotary coupling fitting 28 is rotated approximately 90 degrees from the position of a pulling-out prevention stopper on the basis of the switch signal from the microswitch 30, and outputs an instruction for further rotating the rotary coupling fitting approximately 180 degrees when the elapse of the set time set by a return-to-initial-state timer is confirmed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
