PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount suspending hardware without reducing the cost effectiveness of building units by attaching the suspending hardware to a connecting bolt and hoisting it. ;SOLUTION: When a building unit 10 is installed on a foundation, suspension hardware 61 screwed into a connecting bolt 52 tied to attracting hardware 51 fixed to the side of a vertical frame 23 for a wall panel 21 in the building unit 10, is used. Namely, by engaging the suspension hardware 62 lifted and lowered by a crane with suspension hardware 61 provided on the upper portion of the wall panel 21 at the four corners of the building unit 10, the building unit 10 is lifted and installed on the foundation. And then, the suspending hardware 61 is removed from the connecting bolt 52, and the connecting bolt 52 is made available for connection to upper floor building units. Thus the connecting bolt 52 to which the suspending hardware 61 is attached continues to be used for connection with upper floor building units after used for hoisting.
