PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject additive containing an oleyldimethylamine oxide having an unsaturated bond in the molecule, capable of using at a temperature in a wide range and effective to reducing piping installation cost and power necessary for pump. ;SOLUTION: This frictional resistance-reducing agent contains an oleyldimethylamine oxide. An amount of the oleyldimethylamine oxide added is preferably 0.001-5wt.%, more preferably 0.01-1wt.% based on aqueous medium. The frictional resistance-reducing agent can be added to the aqueous medium directly or after diluting to a desired concentration.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
