LIMN2O4 THIN FILM ELECTRODE AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish the manufacturing technology of a LiMn2 O4 thin film electrode with high adhesive capability on the interface between a positive substrate and a positive material, and further enhance battery characteristics. SOLUTION: A single solvent or a mixture solvent of at least two selected from diethyl glycol, glycerol, and formaldehyde is added to an aqueous solution of water-soluble lithium salt and manganese nitrate, Mn(NO3 )2 , a solution obtained is acted with a positive substrate, and a crystalline spinel structure LiMn2 O4 thin film is formed on the surface of the positive substrate to effectively manufacture an electrode.
