PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a set-up space and a cost in a workpiece take-out equipment. ;SOLUTION: In a condition interposing a partitioning plate 13 in a boundary of each step of workpiece, first/second pallets 1A, 1B step loaded with workpieces 12 are arranged adjacent to each other, a device is applied in the case of taking out these pallets 1A, 1B, work pieces 12 and partitioning plates 13, the partitioning plates 13 taken out from the first pallet 1A are temporarily placed upward of the second pallet 1B, also the partitioning plates 13 taken out from the second pallet 1B are temporally placed upward of the first pallet 1A.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
