PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject new and useful composition improved in durability, etc., by compounding an aqueous dispersion comprising a vinylic polymer containing fluorine and/or a silicone and a hydrophilic group-containing water- dispersible urethane resin with a specific compound. ;SOLUTION: This composition comprises an aqueous dispersion composed of (A) a vinylic polymer containing fluorine and/or a silicone as main constituent units and (B) a hydrophilic group-containing water-dispersible urethane resin and (C) a compound containing ≥2 functional groups represented by formula I (R is H or methyl). A copolymer composed of a perfluoroalkyl-containing ethylenically unsaturated monomer and/or a polydimethylsiloxane-containing ethylenically unsaturated monomer and an ethylenically unsaturated monomer copolymerizable therewith is preferred as the component A. A urethane resin containing polydimethylpolysiloxane groups is preferred as the component B. A hexamethylene-bis-ω,ω-N,N'-ethyleneurea, etc., represented by formula II are preferred as the component C.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
