REFUSE INCINERATING POWER SYSTEM, REFUSE DISPOSAL SYSTEM, AND FUEL REFORM DEVICE USED THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably resolve dioxin in a refuse incinerating power system of a larger exhaust gas fluctuation in a shorter span as well as in a longer span by reforming fuel in its fuel reform device and burning in its burner reformed gas and the whole or part of exhaust gas emitted from its refuse incinerator. ;SOLUTION: Refuse combustion gas 20 from a combustion furnace 19 and water supplied from feed water piping 21 exchange heat with each other in a refuse combustion boiler 23 to produce steam. The mixed gas composed of gas or mist vaporized in a fuel reform device 29 and steam supplied from an air supply device 38 which are both mixed together is partially oxidized or burned to obtain gas to be reformed which is thereafter reformed with steam from a steam turbine 34 to obtain hydrogen-containing gas. The hydrogen- containing gas and exhaust gas 39 from the downstream of a dust collector 26 are burned in a combustor 28. The resultant exhaust gas is held up under high temperatures of 700°C or above one second or longer for resolution of its dioxin, and is then passed through a superheater 31 to be emitted to the atmosphere.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
