Abdominal wall lifting gear null for intraperitoneal Kiyouka operation

摘要

PURPOSE: To develop an abdominal wall hanging-up device which is used during laparoscopic operation using an abdominal wall hanging-up method, is cheap, easy to be operated, sage, and less invasive to a patient. ;CONSTITUTION: This abdominal wall hanging-up device for laparoscopic operation is formed in such a manner that an abdominal wall supporting part 2 is formed in one body with a column 1 by holding an elongating part of the column 1 along a right-angled plane with the column in a lower end of the column 1, and a hanging-up device is attached on the upper end of the column 1. Thereby, not only can the abdominal wall be hung-up by extensive and uniform force and operation space can be ensured safely, easily, and enoughly, but also attachment operations is easy and abdominal part has smaller incision opening and this device does not obstruct the operation moreover, the manufacturing cost is in expensive.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
