FIELD: fish industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has casing, perforated basket and shaft, which are axially aligned with casing. Perforated basket has perforated cover. Shaft is extending along basket height. Mixer with two rubber brushes is fixed in casing on upper end of shaft. Rubber brushes are mounted in parallel with perforated cover. Apparatus is further provided with frame pivotally mounted on casing. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 2 dwg
