FIELD: agriculture, in particular, subsoil mellowing and aeration of compressed soil during autumn-winter seasons. SUBSTANCE: subsoil tiller has slitter-tine, chisel and annular wings mounted laterally of slitter-tine. Slitter-tine is mounted for repositioning in the direction of advancement of working tool. Slitter-tine has auxiliary blade with cutting edge on its front part and auxiliary chisel on lower cut. Slitter-tine has sides of equal thickness which define annular wings. End faces of annular wings have cutting edges defined by single-side blades faced to wing inner side. Sharpening angle of single-side blades is within the range of 15-18 deg. Annular wings are equally spaced from main and auxiliary blades of slitter-tine. Annular wings are aligned one relative to another with their outer surfaces in slitter-tine side junction plane. Mounting sleeves are positioned on upper part of slitter-tine. Chisel may be repositioned and dismantled on lower cut of slitter-tine. Chisel is fixed in slitter-tine by means of cylindrical pins. Mounting window is made on lower cut of slitter-tine. Sides of slitter-tine are interconnected by contact welding. Sides are further connected through annular wing junction points by annular welding seams made in process windows of one side.
