Double-walled bent exhaust pipe making process

The exhaust pipe manufacturing process produces a double-walled bent exhaust pipe (1) with an inner tube (2) and an outer tube (3). Before bending, the inner tube is inserted coaxially in the outer tube and the annular clearance (s) at the desired point is filled with a compression-proof medium in the form of a flexible solid material (5). At least one axial mandrel (4) is used for making the bend. The mandrel supports the internal wall of the inner tube. After bending, the compression-proof medium and the mandrel are removed from the exhaust pipe.
