PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small device capable of preventing theft even if either of a main stand and a side stand is used by rotatably arranging a lock lever, and switching a position of this lock lever to a lock position and a travel possible position. ;SOLUTION: A locking piece 15a in a transmission case 3 enters the inside of a rotary locus of a projection 21 of a centrifugal clutch by moving to a lock position by rotating an operation lever to a vertical position from a horizontal position. Therefore, an outer peripheral cylinder body 14 of the centrifugal clutch and a rear wheel cannot rotate more than a constant angle until the projection 21 abuts on the locking piece 15a. The locking piece 15a releases rotational regulation by moving to a travel possible position by rotating the operation lever to the horizontal position. That is, the locking piece 15a of a lock lever 15 moves to the travel possible position by loosening an operation wire 16, and the locking piece 15a moves to the lock position by pulling the operation wire 16.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
